Testimony of Bambi Kendrick

Jill has selflessly served the children of The School at Christ Church for thirteen years. During that time through her creativity, enthusiasm and tireless efforts, our program grew from under twelve to over one hundred.

She has a gift for creating a program of spiritual formation for the preschool age child that nurtures their hearts and stimulates their minds. She insisted on education when others only offered sitting, and for a loving Christian environment when some narrowly focused on achievement. The growth we experienced was surely in response to this happy balance of love and learning, and family support.

Jill planted herself in the program, and led by anticipating the needs of both staff and students. She has a rare ability to constantly assess and respond to changing needs, being flexible when required, without compromising what is best for the child.

We are grateful and blessed by her time and service here. Jill consistently led with clarity, an inspiring example of mission. I am confident that she will continue to serve God sharing her gifts, blessing children and families.
